Hula Hooping Sack

For this animation, I had to get a flower sack to Hula Hoop. The main key to the animation, is to have the start and ending frame be the same so that it can loop no matter how many times it is played. When the hoop moved just from side to side, it didn't look right, so I decided to change this so that the hoop went slightly down and up, adding to the idea of rotation.
